This policy explains what personal information pajodigital.com collects, what we do with it and who else handles it. The short version: this website sets no cookies, uses no tracking or analytics, and loads nothing from third-party servers. We only receive what you choose to send us.
Who we are
This website is operated by JS Management Inc, a Texas corporation, Houston, Texas, United States. It is built and hosted on its behalf by PAJO Digital GmbH, Worms, Germany, as a service provider under a written agreement. Contact for all privacy questions: hello@pajodigital.com.
What we collect
When you just visit the website. We do not set cookies, and we do not use analytics, advertising or social media tools. Fonts, scripts and images all load from our own server. To deliver the pages and protect the server against abuse, our hosting provider handles connection data such as your IP address and the time of the request. Our own server software does not write this data into logs.
When you use the contact form. The form asks for your name, your email address, optionally your phone number, and your message. If the link you followed says how you found us (for example, a campaign tag in the link), that is sent along. We use this information only to answer your inquiry and, if you become a client, for our business relationship.
When you book a call. Booking a call takes you to a booking page run on Microsoft Bookings. There you enter your name, your email address and the time you choose. Microsoft processes this information in our Microsoft 365 account to schedule the call and send the confirmation.
In your browser. If you close the notice that points you to our German website, your browser remembers that choice in its local storage so the notice does not come back. This entry stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.
Who handles your information
- PAJO Digital GmbH, Germany, builds and runs this website for us and provides the Microsoft 365 account in which our email and bookings are handled.
- Microsoft delivers the messages from the contact form to our mailbox and runs the booking page, as part of Microsoft 365.
- Our hosting provider runs the servers on which this website is stored.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising. We only disclose it if the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
Messages from the contact form and booking details stay in our mailbox and calendar as long as we need them to answer you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our business relationship. After that we delete them, unless we are legally required to keep them longer. There is no separate database: the form does not store your message on the website's server.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, have it corrected or have it deleted. Send an email to hello@pajodigital.com.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because this website does not track visitors, over time or across other websites, there is nothing for the signal to switch off. We also do not allow third parties to collect information about your online activity on our website.
Children
This website is aimed at businesses. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we publish the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
