PAJO Chat · for websites built by PAJO

Answers, even when you're not at your desk.

A done-for-you AI chat assistant for your website. It answers visitors' questions from your own content and hands over to your contact form when a human should answer. It invents nothing and doesn't act on its own. We set it up and manage it for you. You can see it at work on our German website.

How it works

From the question to the hand-off.

Between a question that comes up on your site in the evening and an answer that holds, there are three steps. None of them needs you at your desk.

1
Step 1 · The question

The question comes at 9:30 in the evening.

A visitor reads your site, has a question and doesn't find the answer right away. They don't write an email. They close the tab. You never learn they were there.

Most questions are simple: what it costs, how long it takes, whether you do it for their kind of business. The answers are on your site, just not where they're looking.

"What does this cost for me?"
"How fast can you do it?"
"Do you do this for us too?"

Example scenario: questions that come up after hours and would otherwise wait until morning.

2
Step 2 · The answer

It answers from your content, not from the internet.

The assistant knows the pages of your website and a fact sheet we keep up to date for your business. If it isn't there, the assistant won't say it. It quotes a price only if that exact price is on file, and it never adds prices up, because a total it calculates could be wrong.

That's why ongoing care is part of it. When your prices or services change, we update the fact sheet. An assistant with stale knowledge quotes wrong prices, and that's worse than no answer at all.

Step 3 · The hand-off

When a person should answer, it hands off to you.

When a question gets concrete, the assistant points to your contact form and fills in the visitor's questions there. The request lands in your inbox, not in a log nobody reads.

It sends nothing itself, enters nothing into your systems and books nothing. It answers and points. The decision stays with you.

It takes the information off your plate, not the decision.

What it does

Six things it does, one rule: stick to your content.

The assistant is not a salesperson. It answers what's on your site and says openly when it doesn't know something.

Your data

Where the questions go.

If you put an assistant on your site, you should be able to say what happens to what people type into it. Here is the whole list.

The assistant is an AI system, and it says so in the chat window. Visitors are asked not to enter personal data there. Anyone who wants to get in touch uses the form, not the chat.

What you need

Less than you might think. One condition is firm.

Your website lives elsewhere? Then the assistant isn't the right tool, and we'd rather say so upfront. On the call, we'll tell you whether a new site with us makes sense.

Websites for small businesses

Setup and care

An add-on to your care plan.

You can book the assistant with every care tier. It has no minimum term of its own: the term of your website applies.

Setup

Built into your site, the knowledge base from your content, the fact sheet for your business and a test run before it goes live. One-time.

Free consultation and quote

Operation and care

Running it, updating the fact sheet when things change, and a look at the logs to see what your customers ask. Monthly.

Free consultation and quote

No conversation quota. How many visitors ask isn't up to you, so a quota would be the wrong model: it would run out mid-month. You pay a fixed amount, and if a month gets unusually busy, that's our problem, not yours.

Short answers.

What business owners ask us most often about the assistant.

What does PAJO Chat cost?

A fixed setup and a fixed monthly amount, both quoted on the free call. It has no minimum term of its own, the term of your website applies. And there is no conversation quota.

Does it run on my existing website?

Only if that website is from us. The assistant is built into the site itself, and we don't build it into a third-party CMS. If your site lives elsewhere, we say so upfront instead of trying.

Can it give wrong answers?

It answers only from your pages and from the fact sheet we maintain. It quotes prices only exactly as stored, it never adds them up, and it says openly when it doesn't know. We don't claim an accuracy rate, because we have no proven numbers for one. What we do is keep the fact sheet current and read the logs. That's why the ongoing care plan is part of it.

What happens to visitors' questions?

Question and answer are kept for 30 days to improve the assistant. No IP address is stored, and it sets no cookies. It runs on Amazon Web Services, in data centers in the EU, and inputs are not used for training.

Can I see what visitors asked?

Yes. The logs are anonymous, and we review them with you. They show what your customers really want to know, and often that's the best hint at what's still missing on your site.

You don't want an assistant for visitors, but one that takes work off you? That's a different question: AI for small businesses. The chat answers outward. The AI works with you.
